Most apps do one thing: fitness, nutrition, or meditation. Hey Ollo covers all five pillars of a good week in one adaptive plan, with a coach who sees the whole picture. Your training knows about your sleep; your mindset work knows about your social life.
What does the AI coach actually do?+
Ollo knows your plan, your pillar ratings, your completion history, and today's energy. Ask 'should I skip my workout?', 'what can I swap for salmon?', or 'I only have 20 minutes', and the advice is specific to your actual week, not generic tips.
How much time does it take?+
About 2–3 minutes a day: a quick energy check, tapping off what you did, and an optional evening wind-down. The weekly check-in on Sundays takes 2 minutes. There is no food logging and no calorie counting, by design.
What if I miss a day, or a week?+
Nothing bad happens. No guilt screens, no broken-streak shaming. Ollo knows the difference between quitting and having a hard week, and the next plan adapts to reality.
